These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cosmiclawfirm.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance and Enforceability

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Site. Use of the Site constitutes a binding agreement between you and Cosmic Law Firm. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice; your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Scope of Services

The Site provides general information about Cosmic Law Firm, its practice areas, and legal 'insights.' The Site is an informational platform and does not provide legal advice, professional services, or a platform for attorney engagement. Use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Official engagement requires a separate, written agreement signed by both parties.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviors include: (a) automated data collection or scraping; (b) attempting to interfere with site security or performance; (c) submitting false or misleading information; and (d) using Site content for commercial redistribution without express written consent.

Access to most features of the Site does not require an account. If account creation features are provided, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for system maintenance.

6. Payments and Fees

The Site does not currently process payments, subscriptions, or financial transactions. Any financial engagement with the Firm occurs outside of this Site through formal billing and payment systems. We are not responsible for any fees incurred via third-party links or services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The 'Cosmic Law Firm' name, logo, and branding are trademarks of the Firm. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited. All software and code powering the Site are the exclusive property of the Firm or its technology partners.

11. AI and Automated Features

Site content, including AI insights, may be generated with the assistance of automated tools. Such content is for informational purposes only and may contain errors or be outdated. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any AI-assisted information.

12. Service Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications or discontinuations.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
